1960s Danish Mid Century Modern Red Lounge Chairs Designed by Kurt Olsen

This exceptional pair of mid century Danish modern lounge chairs were designed by Kurt Olsen for Glostrup Møbelfabrik and made in Denmark circa 1960. The classic Scandinavian modern design has clean, minimalist lines and elegant curves. The lounge chairs feature sculptural solid walnut wood armrests and tapered solid walnut legs and distinctive round, curved backrest and seat with original wool upholstery in a stunning shade of rich, deep red.

Excellent vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use.
