This vintage hand-knotted Turkish East Anatolian shag goat hair kilim rug features a brown square center medallion on an open camel-colored field flanked on both ends by medium and dark brown striped bands. The medium-high goat hair pile is soft and luxurious and the rug is finished on both edges by overcast selvedges and a fine cotton warp fringe and the rug is reversible. The primitive and abstract quality of this rug and the minimalist design will complement any contemporary style of decor, from mid century modern to boho to global. Use as a floor rug or bed cover.
